Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Master's degree, CPA/CMA and healthcare consulting or financial analysis is strongly desired.
• 3+ years professional experience in healthcare; 5+ years in finance or accounting, or a relevant master's degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and delivery of financial, clinical and business analysis and consulting services.
• Develop operating plans and capital ROI analyses to support decisions.
• Collaborate with hospital teams and corporate groups to package financial and clinical products for network customers.
• Support annual operating and capital budgets and integration with hospital unit goals.
• Provide timely, accurate financial information products and services to VHS stakeholders.
