Pansophic Learning is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Early Learning Academies division with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. The role partners with leadership, operations, and finance to drive data-driven decisions and strategic growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities with ability to translate data into business recommendations.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and evaluating growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

Partner with multiple departments to curate information and deliver insights with actionable recommendations.
Build financial models and sensitivity analyses to forecast revenue, costs and profitability for scenarios and growth initiatives.
Prepare materials for Executive management to communicate strategy and performance effectively.
Lead monthly rolling forecasts, quarterly outlooks, and annual budget processes with variance analysis and forecasting improvements.
Identify and implement AI-driven opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability.
