Responsibilities

• Own weekly and monthly financial reporting, delivering insights on revenue, margin, and operating income trends.
• Build, enhance, and maintain financial models to support forecasting and planning.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning with ownership of P&L components.
• Develop scenario analyses to support pricing, revenue growth, and cost optimization (shipping, fulfillment, supply chain).
• Analyze key drivers such as order value, units per order, shipping cost per order, and inventory flow.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing to evaluate profitability initiatives.
• Leverage SQL, Snowflake, Mode Analytics, and Power BI to build scalable analytics and deliver insights.
• Prepare and present executive-level reporting, highlighting performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead ad hoc analyses and special projects requiring strong financial and business acumen.
