Job summary

SEACORP in Middletown, RI seeks a hybrid Senior Financial Analyst to guide strategic financial planning across the Electronic Warfare Business Area. The role drives budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis, delivering insights for informed program decisions and successful execution.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, DoD/EW program experience, and the ability to present complex financial data to leaders. This is a hybrid role with broad cross-functional interaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience for Level III; 10+ years for Level IV in financial analysis of complex programs.
• Active Secret Security Clearance preferred; ability to obtain/maintain required.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial management of multiple complex programs with multi-year contracts and subprograms.
• Develop, maintain budgets, EACs, forecasts and performance metrics.
• Provide financial guidance during proposal development, awards, and execution.
• Partner with Project Managers to monitor cost, schedule, and funding.
• Analyze budgets and financial proposals for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare monthly reports, variances, and executive-level presentations.
• Identify risks/opportunities and recommend corrective actions.
