Job summary

Texas Health Hospital Rockwall is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for Decision Support to lead budgeting, planning, and analytics across system-wide initiatives. The role emphasizes collaboration with the finance team and business units to support operational and capital budgeting using EPBCS and related tools.

The successful candidate will drive forecasting, pro forma development, and ad hoc reporting while training users on budgeting processes.

Qualifications

• 3 years finance or accounting experience required.
• 1 year healthcare budgeting and/or financial planning experience preferred.
• 1 year hospital finance experience preferred.
• CPA - Certified Public Accountant preferred upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting and planning: organize and support opportunity assessments for system-wide initiatives including pro forma and business case audits.
• Support system-wide users of the Oracle EPBCS planning system related to operational and capital budget.
• Communicate professionally between THR Corporate finance team and THR channels/business units.
• Develop system-wide budget assumptions with budget templates and corporate inputs.
