Job summary

Raftelis is seeking a Senior Consultant to deliver services to public municipal utilities, including financial planning, rate studies, and bond feasibility work. You will develop Excel-based models, support project management, and present findings to clients.

The role requires strong data analysis, excellent communication, and the ability to travel for assignments. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in relevant projects are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, engineering, economics, mathematics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years managing projects in water/wastewater/stormwater or related industries.
• Proficiency with MS Excel including advanced functions and VBA.
• Strong MS Word and PowerPoint skills for reporting templates.
• Experience analyzing large data sets and developing database queries (Access/SQL).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel overnight as needed.

Responsibilities

• Data mine and aggregate project data and build Excel-based financial models for analyses.
• Manage multiple projects under guidance and meet milestones.
• Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations clearly.
