Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with Accounting, Finance, Analytics or Business Administration major; MBA preferred.
• 5 years of progressive finance or FP&A experience.
• Power BI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs and delivers complex financial analyses to support provider contract negotiations and strategic decision-making.
• Partners with Provider Contracting to evaluate proposed contract terms, reimbursement arrangements, and strategic alternatives.
• Collaborates with cross-functional subject matter experts to understand negotiation components and assess financial and operational impacts.
• Develops and maintains complex financial models and scenario analyses to quantify the impact of provider contract proposals and negotiation strategies.
• Integrates data and insights from multiple sources to provide comprehensive financial assessments of provider negotiations.
• Researches provider reimbursement methodologies, market dynamics, and industry trends to support negotiation strategy.
• Creates and presents financial analyses, reports, and executive materials communicating negotiation impacts and recommendations.
