GPJ is seeking a Senior Strategist to join our growing team in a hybrid role with on-site work at multiple offices. You will translate data, culture, and human behavior into powerful experiential strategies that connect brands with audiences across physical, digital, and hybrid environments.

Collaborating with world-class creatives, producers, and technologists, you will shape programs from insight to idea to impact, guiding storytelling and measurement that drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in strategy, experiential marketing or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• Strong research skills in primary and secondary methods.
• Data literacy and ability to translate insights into frameworks and stories.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted client and internal relationships to guide strategy into outcomes.
• Apply best practices to support experience-led programs across channels.
• Inspire teams with briefs translating insights, goals, and success metrics into direction.
• Lead workshops and explorations to uncover audience needs and opportunities.
• Design holistic strategies connecting physical, digital, social, and mobile touchpoints.
• Explore new experience strategies and emerging trends; collaborate with Strategy team.
