Job summary

Dynanet Corporation seeks a Senior Enterprise Tools & Program Delivery Lead to administer and improve enterprise platforms used by customer technology teams and program offices. You will translate business needs into tool configurations, workflows, dashboards, and integrations while leading cross-team delivery and adoption efforts.

The role requires strong experience in enterprise tools administration, program delivery, and stakeholder coordination, with hands-on Jira/Confluence expertise

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience in enterprise technology, technical program or project delivery, IT management, enterprise applications, systems administration, software delivery, or a closely related discipline.
• 5+ years leading or coordinating technical and non-technical programs across multiple stakeholders.
• 4+ years supporting, administering, implementing, or improving enterprise tools or business systems with Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to translate business and technical needs into practical solution options, workflows, configurations, and support models.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle technical and non-technical projects and workstreams through planning, implementation, and operations.
• Coordinate deployments, migrations, enhancements, and changes across program offices, vendors, and admins.
• Facilitate IPT meetings and coordinate dependencies across teams and tool environments.
• Create dashboards and reports, analyze data, and present actionable information to stakeholders.
