Job summary

Hunt Electric is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Eagan, MN to oversee advanced electrical projects, manage project finances, and coordinate across internal teams and external clients. This role emphasizes leadership, precision, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires 10+ years in electrical project management, deep knowledge of materials and methods, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience as a project manager in the electrical industry.
• Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools used in the electrical industry.
• Understanding of contracts, planning, resource allocation, and leadership.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to travel and train subordinates.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project financials: billings, projections, and cash flow.
• Assist with change orders and communicate cost/schedule impact to client.
• Direct and supervise foremen and crews to comply with contracts.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external teams.
• Prepare files, schedules, reports, and billing; plan through purchasing and installation.
• Attend monthly meetings to review financial standing with project team and client.
