Evernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group, seeks a Sr Director, Product Development and Integration to translate our North Star vision into an actionable product roadmap and scalable capabilities.

You will lead cross-functional teams across product development, enterprise integration, and operations, aligning senior leaders on scope, dependencies, regulatory needs, and delivery readiness while balancing complexity and speed.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Bachelor's degree referred.
8+ years of professional experience required.
Demonstrated experience leading teams through product development, business product ownership, enterprise integration, technology enablement, operational transformation, large-scale implementation, or platform modernization programs.
Proven ability to build, coach, and motivate high-performing teams with accountability and collaboration.
Experience developing product strategies, capability roadmaps, and readiness measures.
Strong communication and storytelling skills for senior leaders and delivery teams.
Experience partnering with technology, architecture, operations, implementation, and compliance teams.
Understanding of PBM workflows, claims adjudication, and healthcare operations.
Ability to manage multiple teams, workstreams, and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort leading through ambiguity and driving alignment across priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop teams for product development and integration of adjudication technology.
Set strategic direction and operating rhythms for product workstreams.
Partner with senior leaders to align scope, risks, dependencies, and delivery decisions.
Oversee development of business requirements, capability definitions, and traceability.
Drive roadmap alignment translating capabilities into delivery plans.
Lead enterprise integration planning across platforms and client migrations.
Ensure product decisions reflect value, feasibility, compliance, and scalability.
Track delivery progress and escalate blockers with recommendations.
Coordinate change management, training, and go-live readiness.
Create an environment with clear outcomes and decisions while maintaining speed.
