Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressively responsible fundraising experience, including success in major gifts and donor relationship management.
• Ten+ years of development experience including major gifts, strategy, and donor pipeline development.
• Experience in a nonprofit serving older adults or human services is preferred.
• Ability to close gifts at four- and five-figure levels (and above), ideally in a small or mid-sized nonprofit.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline donor engagement including visits, calls, proposals, and stewardship.
• Design and implement a comprehensive contributed revenue program.
