Qualifications

• BS or MS in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Expertise in SQL, workforce planning, and topology for decision support.
• Strong data visualization skills with at least one of Qlik/QuickSight/Tableau/Plotly Dash.
• Proficient Python data stack: NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn.
• Experience with causal inference methods and advanced experimentation.
• Ability to translate data into business strategy and actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced business analysis using statistical methods, predictive modeling, and data mining.
• Analyze workforce and topology decisions across vendors, locations, and geographies.
• Develop scalable analytics solutions and reusable data-driven workflows.
• Partner with stakeholders to define analytical requirements and deliver insights.
• Design experiments beyond standard A/B tests and apply causal inference techniques.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders and influence data-driven decisions.
• Mentor less experienced analysts and support data systems development.
