Job summary

Canon U.S.A. is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to bridge quantitative analysis with business execution. You will design, train, and deploy ML models (propensity scoring, LTV, churn) and build scalable data pipelines to support executive reporting and BI.

This full-time, hybrid role requires in-office presence Monday–Wednesday with some remote days. You will analyze complex datasets, perform advanced statistics, and translate findings into practical business insights for leadership, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field plus 5+ years of related experience
• Experience building, testing, and deploying machine learning models and data pipelines
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, SQL and SAS
• Ability to translate technical findings into actionable business insights

Responsibilities

• Design, train, and deploy ML models for hyper-personalized marketing
• Construct forecasting models across sales, customer, channel, and product data
• Design and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for large datasets
• Ensure data integrity for cross-functional reporting and dashboards
