FullStack Labs, Inc. seeks a Data Practice Lead to spearhead and scale our Data Competency. This hybrid, high-impact role blends architectural leadership with pre-sales strategy and internal practice leadership, serving executive-level clients and guiding internal engineers.

You will partner with Snowflake, Databricks, and cloud platforms while shaping data architectures and multi-million-dollar delivery engagements. Strong communication with C-suite is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in deep data architecture, data engineering, or tech delivery management.
• Proven pre-sales track record supporting enterprise-level sales cycles.
• Experience leading technical professionals and defining engineering competencies.
• Strong ability to translate data concepts into business value for executives.

Responsibilities

• Own, define, and scale the Data Engineering competency across FullStack.
• Lead consultative pre-sales discovery and translate pain points into data architectures.
• Build and mature market-facing data services and offerings.
• Partner with cloud data platform partners to drive co-selling initiatives.
• Mentor internal data engineers and guide architectural governance.
• Drive engagements from initial design through kickoff and expansion.
