Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy Services seeks a Senior Data Engineer to design and deliver data solutions that enable informed decision making across the organization. You will partner with business and tech teams to build scalable data pipelines, models, and analytics capabilities that drive operational excellence and growth.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of data engineering experience, strong Azure Data Factory and SQL skills, and a passion for turning data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 4+ years of data engineering, BI, analytics, or data warehousing.
• Advanced experience with ADF, SSIS, SQL Server, and SQL development.
• Strong data warehousing and ETL/ELT practices, full solution lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Design, develop, and support ETL/ELT pipelines using ADF/SSIS/SQL.
• Build data models, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Ensure data quality, security, and performance across platforms.
• Lead projects, mentor team members, and promote best practices.
• Identify opportunities to automate and leverage AI-enabled tools.
