Indie Consulting, LLC. is seeking a Senior Creative Producer & Editor for its content studio, with hands-on craft and a passion for social-first work for leading brands.

You will own the creative vision for campaigns and execute assets across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. This hybrid role is based in New York, NY or Raleigh, NC, with a three-in-office/ two-remote weekly cadence.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in creative production, art direction, or content creation for consumer brands, with a social-first focus.
• Expert-level video editing in Premiere Pro (After Effects a strong plus) and a strong reel.
• 3+ years hands-on shoot production experience with pre-production, on-set direction, and logistics.
• Solid post-production fundamentals: sound design, color correction, and platform exports.
• Proficiency in Adobe CC and Figma; CapCut for platform-native edits; ability to lead creatives without ego.

Responsibilities

• Translate big ideas into high-quality social assets for clients.
• Personally produce a meaningful share of studio output: edits, motion graphics, visuals.
• Direct shoots (studio and lo-fi/UGC) with clear references and feedback.
• Lead shoot-week logistics and ensure props/materials are secured.
• Edit footage into best-in-class social content with strong sound and pacing.
• Own the post-production pipeline from organization to final delivery.
