Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a Juris Doctor and be admitted to the PA Bar.
• Extensive experience in U.S. EHS law and complex litigation.
• In-house practice in a global manufacturing setting preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and strategic negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead global EHS compliance and litigation strategies.
• Advise on a broad range of EHS regulatory matters and remediation projects.
• Draft regulatory filings and liaise with EHS authorities.
• Oversee litigation and coordinate with risk management and insurers.
