University of Minnesota seeks a Senior Clinical Research & Program Management Specialist to oversee day-to-day project management for the Translational Center for Resuscitative Trauma Care (TCRTC). You will direct program spending, timelines, and personnel while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality leadership communication.

The role requires independent decision-making, collaboration with faculty and leadership, and strategic planning across multiple programs focused on austere care,

Formación

• Required Qualifications: Advanced health care or scientific degree with at least six years of experience or BA/BS with eight years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced work environment.
• Demonstrated organizational and coordination skills with high attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects with fixed deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a clinical care environment and healthcare research/education.

Responsabilidades

• Direct day-to-day project management for TCRTC programs and projects.
• Oversee program spending and personnel effort while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Lead strategic, risk-based approaches to address project gaps and challenges.
• Serve as primary advisor to senior leadership and faculty investigators.
• Coordinate with IRB, EMS directors, and partners across governance bodies.
