Job summary

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or eligibility.
• Knowledge of applicable federal, state and local codes and regulations.
• Proficiency in production software and construction document production.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and reviewing others' work.
• Strong oral and written communication with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and analysis for bridge projects, including specifications and reports.
• Coordinate with clients, agencies, and internal teams to meet milestones.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor junior staff on projects.
• Perform field reviews and site observations during construction.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and project requirements.
