• Serves as a Technical Lead for Division projects and provides technical and work direction to project team members.
• Mentors and coaches other staff; develops skills in engineering disciplines and modeling/analysis techniques.
• Leads evaluation of new technologies and capital equipment; ensures compliance with Division Quality Management System and safety risk management.
