Benesch is hiring a Senior Process Analyst in Cleveland to lead process improvement for billing and collections. You will document SOPs, design end‑to‑end workflows, and partner with Finance, IT and Legal Ops to scale operations.

The role requires 5–8+ years in billing operations within professional services, strong analytics, and proven training capabilities. The position offers a hybrid schedule and a focus on improving cycle time and cash flow.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of demonstrated success in process improvement, operations analysis, or billing operations within a law firm or professional services
• Experience documenting SOPs and designing end‑to‑end processes
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and written/verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end billing and collections process improvements across time entry, prebills, invoicing, collections and cash application
• Develop, maintain and govern comprehensive SOPs for all billing and collections processes
• Create training materials, job aids, process maps and reference guides linked to SOPs
• Onboard and train billing staff and serve as SME for process questions and improvements
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal Operations, IT and practice groups to align processes and metrics
