Job summary

ServiceLink is seeking a Business Intelligence Senior Analyst to drive architecture of data analytics and deliver enterprise dashboards. You will design Power BI reports, build semantic models, and translate business needs into KPIs while collaborating with executives and technical teams.

The role is hybrid, based in Plano, TX, requiring in-office presence at least 3 days per week, with strong emphasis on data automation, forecasting, and self-service analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3+ years of data analytics/dashboarding experience.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI and DAX to build executive-level dashboards.
• Experience designing semantic models and self-service analytics.
• Proficient in Python for data engineering tasks and forecasting.
• Experience with data ingestion, transformations, automation, and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports using best practices.
• Build and maintain semantic models that support self-service analytics.
• Work with business leaders to determine data and reporting needs.
• Translate requirements into actionable KPIs with stakeholders.
• Provide ad-hoc reporting in a fast-paced environment with short deadlines.
