Job summary

FairSquare, a leading provider of small business funding, is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst. You will translate complex data into actionable insights, build scalable dashboards, and partner with stakeholders across departments to drive data-informed decisions.

The role requires strong SQL and BI tool expertise (Tableau, Domo) and experience with cloud data platforms. Hybrid work arrangement and a competitive compensation package are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field required.
• 4+ years in business intelligence or analytics.
• Experience building dashboards and reports for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong SQL, data manipulation, and data storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to stakeholder inquiries with clear conclusions and robust assumptions.
• Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards for self-serve business insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into analytical solutions.
• Extract and manipulate data from multiple sources using SQL, Python/R.
• Create reports and dashboards with Tableau, Domo, and Excel.
