Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 4+ years of experience or a Master’s with 2+ years.
• Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools such as QlikView/QlikSense, Power BI, Tableau.
• Proficiency in SQL/Snowflake or other relational databases.
• Ability to work independently and translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven capability to analyze complex data and present findings clearly.
• Interest in learning new concepts and improving processes with a can-do mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex analyses on large operational and financial datasets to measure initiatives and provide actionable insights.
• Research and develop analytical approaches to identify trends in complex data sets.
• Develop benchmarks, dashboards, reports, and key metrics to drive strategic planning and profitability.
• Own cross‑functional projects and report results to internal and client partners.
• Use data to build business cases for changes and partner on design, testing, and evaluation of processes.
