Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a client service professional to serve as a key contact within Branch & Concierge Services. The role focuses on processing requests, resolving inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships with financial advisors and internal partners.

You will work in a hybrid environment with in-office days in Memphis and other locations, supporting high-quality service and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 1–3 years general work experience.
• Licenses: SIE, Series 7, and Series 63/66 (or ability to obtain within six months).

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced product/service information and respond to complex customer questions.
• Record and process custom/special orders and coordinate with relevant teams.
• Respond to escalations promptly and obtain managerial approvals as needed.
• Make calls to allocated customers to develop relationships and resolve queries.
• Schedule follow-up actions and document CRM data after each contact.
• Interview customers to clarify requirements and take detailed notes.
