Job summary

TVS is seeking a Senior Associate Architect with 8–10 years of experience in multi-family projects to join our Atlanta studio. This role requires leading design development, coordinating with consultants, and managing small to mid-size projects.

You will interface with clients, prepare presentations, and contribute to construction documentation while mentoring team members and maintaining schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture required.
• 8–10 years of experience in a professional design environment, specifically with multi-family projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, CAD, Rhino, 3D modeling and rendering programs.
• Knowledge of materials, project design, and construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts based on given criteria; use feedback to modify designs.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to determine best approach.
• Produce sets of production documents in design development and construction documentation phases.
• Act as a project manager for small and medium projects or teams.
• Develop relationships and interact with clients and consultants.
