Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in accounts payable in a mid-size org.
• Experience with high-volume invoicing and vendor relationships.
• US GAAP environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full procure-to-pay cycle and vendor onboarding.
• Manage one direct report; provide coaching and development.
• Lead daily AP operations: coding, matching, approvals.
• Execute weekly payment runs via ACH, wires, checks.
• Maintain vendor master data and onboarding docs.
• Assist with month-end close and internal controls.
