Job summary

AutoTech Solutions in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to own the full AP cycle. The role supports multi-location operations across Michigan, North Carolina, and Cincinnati, with one remote day per week and in-office collaboration four days a week. Salary ranges from $70,000 to $75,000 per year DOE.

You will lead AP processes, ensure timely payments, manage vendor relations, and contribute to cash management and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of five years of progressive accounts payable experience.
• Experience with Ramp expense and credit card management software.
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly Acumatica.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full procure-to-pay cycle from vendor onboarding to payment.
• Manage AP aging, cash disbursement, and banking activities.
• Lead a direct report and provide coaching and development.
• Maintain vendor records, tax documentation, and onboarding.
• Prepare AP reports and assist monthly close.
