KeyBank is seeking a Business Analytics Senior Associate to produce advanced analyses, map processes, and create insightful visualizations that guide strategic decisions. You will collaborate with executive leaders across units, technology, operations, and finance to communicate findings clearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, MIS, analytics/data science, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience (required).
• 5+ years of relevant financial services experience (required).
• Experience in banking industry with understanding of key drivers of financial results (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver moderate to complex analyses and reports using large data sets and tools to solve business problems.
• Lead conversations with business partners and present insights to stakeholders with data storytelling.
• Identify business needs and gather required information from sources.
• Review junior staff work and provide direction and mentorship.
• Coordinate activities within the team and ensure documentation and testing processes.
