Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics.
• P&C data analytics experience or P&C industry experience preferred.
• Hybrid work arrangement is location specific.
• Proficiency with dbt, GitHub and Airflow.
• Strong SQL skills and data modeling experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, optimize, and support data pipelines and dashboards.
• Develop datasets, metrics, and data delivery solutions for business partners.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to coding standards and best practices.
• Perform root cause analysis and performance tuning for pipelines.
