Job summary

Aravo is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to design and build our AI agent platform, including autonomous agents, RAG pipelines, and GPU deployment for production. You will collaborate across product, DevOps, and engineering to scale AI capabilities and map outputs to structured data models.

The role emphasizes production-grade tooling, security, and observability, with strong back-end and AI/ML focus and a lead-by-example mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering or related field.
7+ years of software engineering with a strong Java focus.
Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries including PDF extraction.
Deep NLP, neural networks, and LLM knowledge; apply research concepts.
Experience building RESTful APIs.
Strong data architecture, DB design, relational/non-relational.
Experience using AI in production.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product Management to translate concepts into deliverables for a multi-tenant, cloud-native AI platform.
Design tooling mapping AI outputs to structured, customer-specific data models.
Build and evolve RAG pipelines for document parsing and Q&A.
Develop and maintain multiple agent types with authentication, error handling, and observability.
Design for scale: HA, multi-tenancy, rapid growth.
Deploy and operate ML models on GPUs in production.
Ensure security, compliance, and performance requirements.
Provide technical leadership through design reviews and code reviews.
