Lectra invites you to join a global leader in Industry 4.0. We currently have a Senior Accountant opportunity at our Tolland, CT facility. The role supports accounting, financial reporting, and compliance across North America and global operations, partnering with finance leadership and operations.

This hybrid position requires 3 days in the office and local Hartford/Tolland residency. The ideal candidate will manage SAP and Sun Systems, oversee intercompany transactions, perform

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience including GL, reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end close.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP preferred; Sun Systems/Infor LN a plus.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and internal controls.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and with international teams.
• Commitment to continuous process improvement.

Responsabilités

• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, prepaids, and reclassifications.
• Perform reconciliations of balance sheets and income statements.
• Maintain general ledger in SAP and Sun Systems.
• Coordinate with international finance teams to resolve intercompany differences.
• Support treasury activities including cash pooling and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare management reports and consolidation schedules.
• Ensure compliance with policies and internal controls.
