Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3–6+ years of progressive accounting experience, strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, and CPA eligibility is preferred; you will lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes and support audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 3–6+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience supporting month-/quarter-/year-end closes.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
• CPA designation or eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations.
• Support timely financial statements and reporting deliverables.
• Perform variance analyses and explain significant changes.
• Research complex accounting matters under U.S. GAAP.
• Prepare technical accounting memos and supporting docs.
• Support accounting for mergers and acquisitions.
• Assist with audits and related schedules.
• Ensure data accuracy across systems and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve controls.
