Rite-Hite is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Milwaukee team. You will handle core accounting activities, support the month-end close, and collaborate with the Shared Services Center to ensure accurate reporting.

This hybrid role (3 days in the Milwaukee, WI office) requires 2–5 years of accounting experience and a bachelor's degree. Proficiency in Excel and JD Edwards is preferred; you will help identify process improvements and support audits.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong experience with month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Experience with a Shared Services organization and JD Edwards is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and review journal entries and accruals across assigned accounting areas.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Support month-end close activities and meet accounting deadlines.
• Review SSC journal entries and reconciliations for accuracy.
• Assist with accounting estimates and reserves under guidance.
• Collaborate with SSC, AP, AR, Payroll, and FP&A to resolve issues.
• Maintain accounting documentation and support audits.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and controls.
