Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field required; professional accounting certification preferred.
• Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is a plus.
• CPA or CMA designation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support plant controller during month-end close, including annual financial statements and cost analysis.
• Review and validate cost of goods sold and production costs.
• Validate stock counts and analyze inventory movements.
• Prepare general ledger entries and support schedules.
• Partner with site leaders to provide insights on manufacturing performance and cost improvements.
• Maintain internal controls and documentation.
