Job summary

Erickson Senior Living, headquartered in Baltimore, seeks a Senior Accountant – Financial Reporting to manage consolidated financial statements and disclosures across multi-entity structures. You will coordinate with accounting teams, ensure accurate reporting, and support audits while applying US GAAP and robust documentation.

The role requires 3+ years of accounting experience, CPA preferred, advanced Excel, and experience with consolidations and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive accounting or financial reporting experience.
• US GAAP knowledge and financial statement presentation expertise.
• Experience consolidating multi-entity entities and preparing disclosures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual and interim standalone and consolidated financial statements and disclosures.
• Compile, validate, and reconcile data from the general ledger and supporting systems.
• Maintain consolidation schedules, noncontrolling interests, and cash flow statements.
• Support audits and respond to auditor requests with organized workpapers.
• Contribute to process improvements and standardization of templates and controls.
