QualDerm Partners in Brentwood, TN is seeking a Senior Accountant to uphold our high standards in financial reporting and controls. This role will prepare general ledger entries, perform month-end close tasks, and assist with audits while maintaining PHI privacy and HIPAA compliance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 2+ years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment with multi-entity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2+ years' accounting or related field experience.
• Strict attention to detail and deadline orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Excel and ability to analyze large data sets.
• Experience with multi-entity/location physician services.
• HIPAA PHI handling awareness and privacy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepares general ledger entries by maintaining records and files.
• Prepare account reconciliations for month end close.
• Assist with month end close process including bank reconciliations.
• Assist with annual audit and tax requests.
• Respond to finance questions by researching and interpreting data.
• Support regional operations as assigned including the Regional Vice-President.
• Assist Director of Accounting as needed.
