The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 3+ years of experience, with strong Excel skills and knowledge of Sage Intacct and SAP Concur preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Experience with Sage Intacct and SAP Concur preferred.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversees financials of the Managed Services Accounting team including expenses, payroll entries, intercompany billbacks, and vendor billing.
• Performs period-end close responsibilities and meets deadlines.
• Manages multiple shared email inboxes and supports internal customers with inquiries.
• Prepares journal entries for payroll expenses and intercompany billbacks.
• Reviews expense reports and vendor aging reconciliations.
• Collaborates with Manager, Accounting on violation reporting and policy adherence.
• Participates in ad hoc projects and process improvements.
