Responsibilities

• Oversee caseload of up to 80 individuals with Self-Direction services.
• Process reimbursements for individuals, vendors, and staff, ensuring Medicaid/OPWDD compliance.
• Review monthly staff notes and expenditure reports; share monthly results with teams.
