AssetMark is seeking a Security Engineer II to enhance security across its organization and product lines. This hybrid position is ideal for candidates with 3-7 years in cybersecurity and a solid educational background, including a BS in Cybersecurity.

The role involves designing and implementing security technologies, managing incidents, and collaborating with engineering teams. The salary range is between $85,000 and $100,000, inclusive of additional incentives and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security.
• Experience with IAM solutions and vulnerability assessments.
• Hands-on experience building and securing Infrastructure as Code.

Responsibilities

• Design, enhance, test, and implement security technologies.
• Investigate and resolve security incidents quickly.
• Provide security recommendations for cloud infrastructures.

Skills

Cloud service platforms knowledge (AWS, Azure)

Networking and cybersecurity frameworks

Scripting and programming (PowerShell, bash, python)

Hands-on experience with SIEM, CSPM, EDR tools

Strong communication skills

Education
