Job summary

Considine Search is seeking a proactive Paralegal for their Securities Litigation Department in New York. The role demands extensive research, proofreading, and document preparation. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience.

This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in-office and 2 days work-from-home. The salary ranges from $70,000 to $95,000, with additional overtime and benefits including medical and dental plans.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a law firm's litigation department.
• Experience with e-filing in federal courts is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform legal and factual research using various databases.
• Proofread and cite-check legal documents.
• Prepare and file legal documents in a timely manner.
• Organize and maintain case and reference files.
• Prepare for depositions, trials, and client meetings.
