You will work on debt and equity offerings, M&A transactions, and SEC compliance, collaborating with partners and clients. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years' experience, a JD admitted in IL/NY/DC/FL, and thrives in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years at an AM Law 100 firm in corporate, securities, capital markets or M&A.
• Strong transactional skills and experience with debt and equity offerings.
• Admitted to IL, NY, DC or FL in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with shareholders and participate in business development and client-facing activities.
• Collaborate within a cohesive team across securities and capital markets matters.
• Provide high-quality execution on transactions and regulatory compliance.
