Job summary

KBR is seeking a Senior Manager, SEC Reporting & Accounting Policy in the United States. The role leads external financial reporting, provides technical accounting guidance, and supports the accounting policy framework in compliance with US GAAP and SEC regulations.

You will partner with Corporate Accounting, FP&A, Legal, and Internal Audit to deliver accurate filings and strengthen controls. The position emphasizes team leadership, process improvement, and strategic initiatives across SEC

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 12+ years of accounting/financial reporting/technical accounting experience.
• 3+ years of people management or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and review of Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, earnings releases, and other SEC filings.
• Research, document accounting conclusions for complex transactions; maintain accounting policy framework.
• Partner with Finance, Tax, Legal, Investor Relations, and external auditors to support accurate financial reporting.
