Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Test Manager for Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM in Seattle. You will guide quality engineering strategy, governance, and a blended onshore/offshore team to ensure successful transformation program outcomes.

You will own the program-wide test strategy, manage defects, and establish traceability across complex business scenarios, data migration, and integration testing, with a focus on SOX/ITGC compliance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Software QA and Quality Engineering.
• 10+ years leading testing for large Oracle ERP/HCM programs.
• Ongoing testing ownership for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/HCM implementations.
• Proven multi-release enterprise program leadership with 10+ resources.
• Experience governing SI testing deliverables from the client side.
• Strong expertise in SOX ITGC, SoD and access testing.

Responsibilities

• Own the program-wide test strategy and release-level test plans for functional, integration, data migration, security, regression, performance, UAT, payroll parallel testing, and cutover.
• Define and govern quality gates, entry/exit criteria, and go/no-go decisions for major releases.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a blended onshore/offshore Quality Engineering team.
• Drive defect management, triage, SLAs, escalations, and root cause analysis.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability across requirements, processes, controls, tests and defects.
• Collaborate with business/process owners to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Oversee data conversion, migration, and integration testing across enterprise apps.
• Define automation and test-management strategies for delivery and quarterly releases.
