Job summary

NTT DATA Services in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our team on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on manual testing and advanced automation for .NET Framework and .NET Core applications, with potential expansion into Java-based testing as needed.

You will design and execute test cases, build scalable automation frameworks, integrate tests into CI/CD, and collaborate with developers, product, and QA to ensure quality throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of manual and automation testing.
• Strong testing experience for .NET Framework/Core applications.
• Hands-on test automation using C# with NUnit/xUnit, Selenium, and Playwright.
• Experience API testing REST/SOAP services (Postman, RestSharp).
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
• Build scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, and integration testing.
• Validate application functionality against requirements.
• Collaborate with development, product, and QA to refine acceptance criteria.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for fast feedback loops.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across environments.
• Analyze results, troubleshoot defects, and document traceability.
• Contribute to test planning, data management, and release validation.
• Continuously improve testing strategies and efficiency.
