Job summary

Priceline is seeking an experienced SDET to own end-to-end test automation, spanning API/microservices and UI validation. You will architect scalable frameworks, define test strategies, and drive automation across product teams.

You will partner with Development Managers and Product Owners to ensure high product quality, with a hybrid work model and a focus on fast, reliable releases. Strong Java/JS skills and Postman, Selenium experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or related field.
• 3.5 to 5+ years of proven experience in defining, developing and owning test automation infrastructure for a large enterprise.
• Solid foundation in core software testing methodologies, test data management, and test lifecycle design.
• Extensive experience with REST API testing using Postman (schema validation, response parsing, error-code verification).
• Fluency in Java, JavaScript, or Node.js and hands-on experience with Selenium or Cypress/Playwright.
• Experience developing test strategies and CI/CD driven testing pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture, design, and implementation of end-to-end test automation solutions.
• Set up automated testing environments for API/microservices applications.
• Design robust test suites and scale automation frameworks as product requirements evolve.
• Translate manual regression tests into automated scripts to accelerate releases.
• Lead and execute testing for large-scale, consumer-facing web apps and tools.
• Advocate testing best practices and quality guardrails across teams.
• Collaborate with Dev Managers, Product Owners and others to ensure high product quality.
