Job summary

Kelly Pediatric Therapy in Calvert County, MD is seeking a School Psychologist for a flexible hybrid role. The position supports school-based services with in-person assessments and IEP-related activities, while many responsibilities can be completed remotely.

The role emphasizes collaboration with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers, and involves participation in multidisciplinary/IEP teams to support students’ needs.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology.
• Strong assessment, report-writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with school teams.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid schedule with a combination of in-person and remote work.
• In-person presence required for student assessments and select meetings.
• Participate in IEP meetings virtually from home.
• Complete psychological reports and documentation remotely.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers.
• Support the evaluation and reevaluation process for students with disabilities.
• Help identify students' academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and developmental needs.
• Participate as a member of the school's multidisciplinary/IEP team.
