Job summary

Platinum Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. You will provide essential speech therapy services to children in school settings, helping them develop communication skills and meet IEP goals.

This role involves collaboration with parents, teachers, and other clinicians; requires state licensure and a Master's in SLP; CFY welcomed; in-person or hybrid positions in Coachella, CA.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Strong understanding of pediatric speech and language development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine speech and language needs of children.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
• Provide engaging speech therapy sessions tailored to each child's needs.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with parents, educators, and other professionals to support children's development.
• Monitor and document students’ progress during therapy sessions.
• Support students in achieving their IEP goals.
• Foster a positive and engaging learning environment for students.
