Job summary

Williams is seeking an experienced SCADA Analyst IV to translate business needs into SCADA system requirements and designs. You will lead technical efforts, mentor teammates, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring on-schedule delivery of projects.

The role emphasizes collaboration across Operations, Engineering, OT, and IT, with focus on data integration, quality, and enterprise analytics. A strong background in industrial protocols and Databricks is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 8+ years in a SCADA or leadership role.
• Experience with ClearSCADA, AutoSol, Kepware, and OPC protocol.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex SCADA problems with a broad perspective.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor team members.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Analyze requirements and develop SCADA solutions.
• Coordinate with users and customers on SCADA needs.
• Recommend solutions based on business requirements.
• Design and support OT data pipelines for enterprise platforms.
• Optimize data quality and performance of OT data flows.
• Develop data solutions for reporting and analytics.
• Collaborate across Operations, Engineering, OT, IT teams
• Perform other duties as assigned
